Welcome to your WorkOS. This page explains how everything works, what goes where, and how the automation helps you. Less friction, more focus.

The toolchain in 60 seconds

Your team uses four tools that work together:

Slack ──captures──▶ Granola ──organises──▶ Notion ──triggers──▶ n8n + Claude
Tool What you do with it What it does for you
Slack Communicate async, ask questions, coordinate Conversations stay threaded and searchable
Granola Just have your meeting — it listens Produces structured notes with decisions + actions
Notion Track projects, tasks, knowledge, decisions Single source of truth, linked views, templates
n8n + Claude Nothing — it works in the background Extracts tasks from meetings, sends reminders, writes digests

Your role: Use Slack and attend meetings normally. Granola and n8n handle the busywork. Notion is where you go to see what's happening, what's due, and what was decided.

Your first day

1. Bookmark Team Home

Go to Team Home and bookmark it. This is your personal dashboard.

2. Configure Slack notifications

3. Install Granola (macOS)

Download from granola.ai. It runs silently during meetings — no bot joins the call, no recording. If you're on Windows, use the Manual Meeting Note template in Notion instead.

4. Explore Notion

Database What's in it
Projects Every active initiative with status, owner, timeline
Tasks All actionable items — yours are in the My tasks view
Meeting Notes Every meeting captured by Granola or written manually
